Payment, Invoicing and Delivery

> SHIPPING

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal the next business day. During periods of increased sales volume the processing times may take longer. Delivery time will depend on the country of destination. You can find specific shipping overview here.

In any case you can review your shipping rate at checkout before payment.

You'll be able to track the progress of your delivery if it's been sent with a trackable service.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who can help you further.

> DUTIES & TAXES

The prices you see specified next to our products are stated in Euro. They do not include possible shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout.

MEMORABALL is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

Orders to countries within the EU are subject to VAT which is included in the price shown. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA & EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.

> PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • MB Way: Make sure to insert the phone number at the time of checkout where the information is requested. Then you have to pay via mobile phone within 4 minutes. If the payment is not successful the order will be cancelled.
  • ATM reference: at the end of the purchase an ATM reference will be generated and available during 5 days. In case it is not visible you can click on "see my order" in the confirmation email;
  • Credit Card: you can pay by VISA, Mastercard or Amex credit card. The data is encrypted by highly secure Shopify technology;
  • Paypal: if you have a paypal account you can use this method and finish the purchase on the paypal checkout page;
  • Bank Transfer: If you choose bank transfer you will receive indications on how to proceed and will have to send us proof of payment within 5 days of the purchase.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

> RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return all products purchased from www.memoraball.com within 14 days of receiving them.

If you should wish to return your order, please contact us at info@memoraball.com. Make sure to include your name and order number.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact.

As soon as we receive your return shipment and after validation of compliance with the conditions of return described above your refund will be processed. We will send you an email confirmation. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.

Any refunds will be made via bank transfer, you will need you to send us your IBAN proof. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

> EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

> MISSING ITEM OR WRONG RECEIVED ITEM

We're sorry there was a problem with your order. If an item is missing from your order or incorrect please contact our Customer Care Team at info@memoraball.com. We will do our best to solve this issue as quickly as we can.

Be sure to include your name, order number and the name of the item.

> FAULTY ITEM

We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. In case you come across a product that does not live up to these standards, please contact us at info@memoraball.com.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away.

> PRODUCT CARE

Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are handled with care.

For brand new socks, please take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off as this will damage the socks.

Wash inside out (40ºC/100ºF max). Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean.

> PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an item is available to order online, it means the item is in stock. However, in case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified by email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).
