Gli Azzurri are back to the throne! Now is the time to sing Il Canto Degli Italiani from Torino, to Roma, Lecce and Palermo. Captained by the imperial Giorgio Chiellini and coached by the Legendary Roberto Mancini, the last 30 matches unbeaten confirm that a new Squadra is born and now with the badge of UEFA EURO 2020 Champions.
In an era of glorification of the individual, the 11 men have gone against all odds that pointed France to the throne. From the minute 0 when the hymn is heard we could feel the passion. The Fratelli d´Italia started the final stage of the Euro 2020 with 3-0 against Turkey and Switzerland, stating their road was to be made to Wembley. On the final group stage match, they secured a 1-0 win, moving to the last 16 with no goals conceded.
On the last 16, an extra-time win against Austria with a goal. Later on, in the first match against a strong title contender, they showcased their weapons.

Insigne, il “Il Principe di Napoli” scored a magnificent goal against Belgium as he had already done against Turkey. The Squadra Azzurra kept on paving the way for midfield control, possession, aggressiveness. Like a spider whose web adapts to each prey.
On the last duel before the Wembley final, Chiesa scored an Insigne-like goal. On the penalty shootout, Morata missed the final penalty and Jorginho (the 2021 version of Italian finesse) sealed their presence on the final against the Three Lions.
The victory has been reached and the men in blue are back again on the throne after the 2006 World Cup Win.

A new generation coached by the legendary Roberto Mancini who managed to surpass the team coached by Gareth Southgate who lately had become the main contenders has they played several matches at home with impressive performances both individually (Sterling, Kane, Grealish, Pickford, Shaw, Maguire were some of the highlights).
